By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the display of a game result and the result recorded in walker7's server logs, the server log result shall be determinative.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or software error that affects the outcome or display of a game, walker7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player. Walker7 will not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game that was affected by a technical malfunction. Decisions made by walker7 regarding technical malfunctions are final, subject to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the walker7 platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and player VIP tier. Walker7 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the displayed maximum limit may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player.

Walker7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the walker7 platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your walker7 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit walker7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Upon termination for cause (including breach of these Terms), walker7 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and, in cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, all account balances pending investigation.
You may close your walker7 account at any time by contacting player support. Before closing, all pending bets will be settled, applicable withdrawal processing times will apply to any remaining balance, and any unclaimed bonus funds will be forfeited. Account closure does not waive any obligations you may have accrued under these Terms prior to closure.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its formal player complaint mechanism. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, walker7 is bound by PAGCOR's dispute resolution process and will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation. For disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending final resolution of a dispute.
